• 03Recruitment Manager Interaction

  Brief about the job and process to the candidate
  The Recruitment manager interacts with the candidate over the call to brief about the hiring process and the job requirements and analyze the attitude / behavior of the candidate.

  First level technical round
  Team of two technical people speak to candidate over phone for a crisp discussion to understand about candidate’s technical capabilities.

• 05In-Person Interview

  Multiple rounds of assessments
  This is a multi layered process, which first starts with a competitive coding system test for couple of hours, followed by two rounds of in-person technical discussion with Technical Leads. Once done a final round of Sr. Technical Manager or Technical Architect analyzes the candidates on skills.

• 06Final Interview

  Soft skills and behavioral assessment
  The Senior HR personal and Recruitment Manager evaluates the candidates for their soft skills, attitude, behavior, background checks etc. to make sure that the candidate is a good fit for the organization culture and the customers.

No, QSS would take care of government requirements such as health insurance, provident funds, background checks, police verifications etc. You would never be liable to pay / manage for that.  

Our office timings are 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM IST. This can be adjusted to 2-3 hours to provide an overlap with your time zone for the meetings / calls / discussions. However, if you need more overlap, we can provide that with a little additional fee for resource compensation to work in odd working hours.

Yes, they can Most of developers have their passport ready and eligibility to travel to any of the country worldwide. Once you would share such requirement, someone from QSS would be in touch with you and help to initiate the process.  

  You can pay via wire transfer, payment gateways such as PayPal etc. You may also use your credit card to pay as well.

 All the code or work done by team is secured behind firewall. We are ISO 27001:2013 certified organization and follow all the best practices for securing the environment and code. The IP of the work remains fully with the client and has no claim by QSS on that.

  At any point of time, you can escalate the issue for non-performance. We would replace the resource within practically possible time with another resource.
