A HIPAA-compliant solution that allows senior livings to upload documents in a digital form with cloud storage technology. This application eliminates the need to store, mail or fax paper documents and makes receiving of documents more efficient.
The solution also enables the old age community to employ E-signature in the document that saves time and money.
The classification of applications varies and depends upon the industry it targets. Thus, distinct mechanisms need to be carried out for each of them. In order to build a document cloud storage application, we followed a five-step eloquent process that involved - identification of the problem, feasibility study, implementation of solution carried out by user research and product discovery workshop, and ultimately getting the end result.
When it comes to managing the details of senior living personnel on the paper document form, it is always doubtful to say that these particulars will be safe and secure. With the help of cloud storage functionality, we can surmount such challenges and keep critical documents such as resident's care plan agreements and health information safe. The technology will also make documents instantly accessible from anywhere and anytime.
When you allow the control of documents over network-accessible platforms such as cloud storage, it becomes apparent to simplify all the administrative workflow. Apart from that, the initiative of storing everything on the cloud also expedites the process of retrieving the documents.
When it comes to developing an application for a separate group of people, it becomes important to understand the perspective and vision of those who you are going to target. Keeping this in mind, we carried out user research and helped ourselves in gaining their context towards application.
Creating an idea of a product's objectives through detailed research is one of the things that help in the success of the project. The product discovery workshop here is a great inventiveness that helps in the planning phase of creating a digital product such as a mobility solution. We at QSS conducted this workshop to understand the client's objective, potential benchmarks, competition, and market opportunities.
During the session, the client discussed some user personas and core elements of the project which could be implemented in application to maximize the chance of succeeding in the competitive cloud storage industry. The overall session very much helped us gain an insight into the client's prospect and readied us to operate accordingly.
While developing the solution, keeping a close eye on your competitors who are in the same business as yours is a must. Consequently, we carried out a competitive analysis to identify strengths, threats, and opportunities for our HIPAA-compliant solution.
A few of the things appeared challenging to web developers and the cloud specialists team in order to incorporate the solution that conforms to the client’s demand. While developing this cloud storage app for users, we at QSS, encountered some challenges which are listed below -
An application based on the HIPAA-responsive cloud storage technology was finally developed. This constructive hybrid application works in sync with the web UI and is functional on both Android as well as on iOS platforms.
The QSS team is amazing in the way they handled the project. They are very professional and understand the concept very well.
