The Project

The project aimed to design and develop a comprehensive campaign management mobile application that fosters community collaboration, raises health awareness, and streamlines incident planning. By combining intuitive UX/UI design with robust functionality, the app enables users to create, share, and monitor campaigns in real time. It simplifies complaint lodging, ensures effective hospital coordination, and improves emergency response. With personalized invites, group creation, and performance tracking, the solution delivers a modern digital platform that connects people and drives impactful social campaigns.

Process We Followed


After lining up salient details related to the project, our team outlined a course of action that would be followed to develop a comprehensive solution. The process comprised of identification of problems, considering the relevant factors of the solution, taking note of common challenges faced, technology stack to be used and coming up with the outcome in the end. 

1. Problem Identification

QSS thoroughly assessed the client’s project idea to deliver a constructive mobile solution. The campaign management app addressed key elements like public sensitization, hospital collaboration, emergency readiness, and community awareness on incident planning.

This workshop was all about knowledge sharing and the question put up session. During the session, the client enlightened us through the functions and technologies that they want us to formulate in this campaign based app which helped our project development team to prepare strategies and understand critical details. In primarily, this overall workshop helped in identifying the rabbit holes in an early stage so it can be avoided throughout the development process.

After the discovery workshop, our next step was to examine the industries who are in similar businesses like us and have developed corresponding apps. While performing this operation, we gained an insight into what functionalities to keep in mind which can help our app to flourish.  

Challenges Faced by Team QSS

Developing an application requires a better approach, appropriate analytics, and capturing metrics to know user behavior and proportional exertion. We as a QSS team came across many challenges while building the solution which are- 

  • Making it easy for users to lodge a complaint and health facilities to respond to it quickly. 
  • Adding complexity level in the solution to help in planning the incident. 
  • Managing incidents with an ID and description to determine the priority level. 
  • Put on notification for newly lodged incidents. 
  • Offering a hassle-free registration process in an app. 
  • Creating descriptive log entry details that consist of - Incident ID, Name of the complainant, Accident summary with type, date, time, place, and assigned assistance.

After bringing everything to action, we presented wireframes to the clients which helped them understand the rough idea of how the system would function. Along with this, we also provided the client with a questionnaire document asking major preferences they want to integrate into the app.
