The Project

The client needed a modern CRM solution to help senior living communities manage sales, marketing, and customer interactions more effectively, as traditional methods were no longer sufficient. We identified the opportunity to build a cloud-based Sales CRM app that centralizes lead management, automates marketing, and enhances customer engagement. Through user research, product discovery workshops, and competitive analysis, we collaborated closely with the client to design a hybrid solution with workflow automation, reminders, secure data handling, and reporting features. The result was a powerful CRM system that enables sales teams to track opportunities, streamline follow-ups, and deliver an improved sales journey for senior living communities.

After lining up salient details related to the project, our team outlined a course of action that would be followed to develop a comprehensive solution.
