Managing scheduled meetings, follow-ups, and communications with leads/inquiries through the old legacy systems i.e. desktop/web application was difficult. Delay in updating real-time communication results and adding new inquiries/prospects to the database resulted in the loss of customers and business.
To achieve census goals with the increasing market trends, it is proposed to develop an intuitive mobile & web application. This makes it easier & flexible for employees to access the functionalities of the CRM web marketing module through a mobile application (which runs on iOS and Android). This is to provide seamless conversion of leads into resident’s charts eliminating repetitive data entry.

Our focus was on capturing the business processes in the web user interface and developing an application with similar functionalities for mobile platforms. To make the mobile application seamlessly integrate and work in sync with the web UI, it was surmised that the best approach was to build a hybrid application that would be compatible with both iOS & Android phones
The hybrid application would ensure ease of Integration by leveraging the device’s internal programming system through an overlay which helps to enable seamless synchronization with other compatible apps. In turn, the hybrid apps work well with the device’s native applications such as email, calling, etc. to ensure a smooth user experience thereby reducing any integration issues for developers.
Needless to mention, hybrid apps reduce the development efforts to a good extent, eventually, reducing the cost.
