The blockchain industry has supremely evolved in the past few years. But because of limited secure trading systems and decentralized exchange getting hold of the crypto trade worldwide, there are many who feel reluctant to invest in digital currencies. Therefore, we aim to provide a centralized exchange system as it is easier to use and offers better liquidity.
A responsive cross-platform web application was required that enables users to buy, sell and exchange cryptocurrencies in a surefire way and can also perform as an efficient escrow agent to authenticate transactions and control frauds. Also, our team was aiming to come up with a system where users can have real-time access to market data and order books.
User Research helps to gain insight and discover real-world scenarios. We got involved in a conversation with some crypto traders and investors to get to know their investment methodology and what they feel about most of the solutions that allow buying and selling of cryptocurrencies.
After significant user research, we decided to converse about the idea of implementing the solution and what the audience would love to get in a crypto trading application based on carried out research. For that, we set up a meeting session with the client where our team explained the out-and-out viewpoint of a cryptocurrency trading application and many such things to save a lot of problems further down the track.
Our team spent the day understanding the client's vision of the product and the intention behind the application as well. This helped us gain the essence of the application according to them. After finalizing the budget, we further discussed the mobile app layout, screen design, and potential customers. In the end, it came out as a knowledge-strengthening and problem-solving session for both of us.
As per the investment and trading activity, the crypto industry is expected to drive growth in the coming days. Therefore, after thorough market research and studying the crypto market in and out, we decided to implement a robust strategy that provides a true and secure trading experience to users.
