In the era where everything has been digitized, sending gifts to your loved ones with whom you can't always be with is still a matter of concern. Being aware of the sentiments towards loved ones, we aimed at building an application that facilitates users to send digital gifts to any of the contacts and allows them to write or record an automated message with the personalized theme.
The client wanted the QSS team to develop a native cross-platform app that supports multiple payment options and can easily be integrated with other third parties. Our team of proficient developers demonstrated the client with wireframes and discussed through the technical aspects of the solution that could be implemented to make the app stand out in the crowd.
To gather user insight and understand the market for our app, we carried out user research among a group of people which helped us in understanding the potential of the application and how we can keep it user-oriented.
