A healthcare messaging application was needed for an engaging and seamless experience. With the single tap feature, patients can instigate group video calls or chat with utmost ease and can kick off one to one conversation. The application also allows for immense communication possibilities between patients & doctors on an instant basis.
The intuitive approach of reviewing people helped us understand the common problems faced by patients while seeking a digital approach to medical situations. The research ultimately helped us gain insights that aided us to build better products with higher levels of user engagement.
