The nature of applications varies from industry to industry and therefore, a different ideology works for each of them. Although, a standard process that needs to be followed while building an app always remains the same. We at QSS followed the five-step sequential method that helped us create a resourceful app.
Health care providers have always been our knight in shining armor when it comes to avail the best medical facilities. However, there are some health care centers that still need to get better and enhance their services. Hence, we aim to build an application where patients can provide their feedback and help hospital staff to operate in a way that meets their expectations.
As per the client's need, an application that would be functional on Android as well as on iOS needed to be crafted. The other requirements were to provide a web interface for super admin and organization admins for back-end and notification support. We move forth in listing out implementations we can make in-app after observing the problems patients have gone through.
