Newspapers and Television broadcasts have gone the way of dinosaurs, people nowadays do not have time to read monotonous long-form articles. They want it all to be short and crisp. We at QSS, aim to build an application that keeps folks connected with trends and allows them to select their favorite news source with the feature to respond to news articles.
A large number of people passionately follow the trend in the industry and always seem curious to know the current world affairs. News is always associated either with right or left-wing. The idea of this online news application is to let readers decide if they agree with the news or not by responding with either in agreement or disagreement through their mobile.
The pain points of users are overlooked many times. Even their ratings and reviews are not hurled back with satisfactory answers. Connecting to the users in the real world is one of the most certain and essential moves. This is why the QSS team initiated research to know about user experience of using online news apps in real-time.
Developing an app is not just about following a simple process and coming up with results in the end. There are many things that go amidst the naive procedure. Creating an understanding of a product's vision and objectives through detailed research is one of the things that help in the success of a mobile app. This is the phase where the team visualizes the scope of the app and defines features that create value for end-users.
We at QSS conducted a product discovery workshop with the client where we discussed every detail of the application. The main purpose of the workshop was to discuss the practices that would be recounted while creating the mobility solution as per the client's requirement. We also asked some important questions such as target markets, critical features for success, etc. This entire workshop worked as a problem-solving event for us and the client.
