In terms of technology and advancement, our healthcare system has come a long way and is constantly working day and night to provide first-rate treatments to patients. Although, patients care is still being suffered in due course. To identify gaps and pitfalls and step up the game in healthcare management, the client came up with the idea of launching a Personal Health Record (PHR) app.
To provide patients with effective care and improved healthcare facilities, we aimed at building a unique and interactive healthcare solution. It allows the skillful team of medical personnel to seamlessly exchange real-time information that will enhance the patient’s provision of care. Moreover, the application will comprise unique proprietary systems to provide potent care management to those who are seeking medical attention.
When you are getting ready to build a competent solution, it is important to carry out research and get an insight into the people who are going to be your target audience. Therefore, we sent some survey forms to patients, doctors, and hospital administrations and tried to understand what areas we can implement based on their feedback.
Sailing through different stages of the solution is crucial so that a robust, unique, and out-of-the-box solution can be incorporated. By conducting a product discovery workshop, we got a chance to discuss the entire project in and out with the client, and by doing so, we not only attained a deeper knowledge of project requirements but also facilitated them with our quality and experience. Apart from that, we mutually explored the strategies to take the product merely from a concept to advanced development stages in less time.
Before wrapping up the session, the QSS team provided the client with out-and-out information about the solution such as what stages the app is going to be developed and what are the main features PHR app will have to be dominant in the market. Gaining an insight into the client's objective, potential benchmarks, competition, and market opportunities is one of the most critical things to capture during the discovery session and this is where QSS supremely reigned.
