The Project

In partnership with our US-based client, QSS Technosoft developed a cutting-edge LTL Final Mile app to transform last-mile logistics operations. From our perspective, the project involved deep user research, competitor analysis, and agile development to address inefficiencies in route optimization, real-time tracking, and customer engagement. The client aimed to enhance delivery accuracy, streamline operations, and improve customer satisfaction. Together, we crafted a feature-rich, secure, and intuitive solution that reduced delivery time, minimized manual efforts, and provided actionable insights for all stakeholders.

Process We Followed


After lining up salient details related to the project, our team outlined a course of action that would be followed to develop a comprehensive solution. The process comprised of identification of problems, considering the relevant factors of the solution, taking note of common challenges faced, technology stack to be used and coming up with the outcome in the end.

We identified key last-mile logistics challenges for our client, including inefficient routes, limited real-time tracking, poor customer engagement, manual data entry, delivery errors, and fragmented data integration, to build a smarter LTL solution.
