The client aimed to create a mobile healthcare app that delivers top-quality medical services by connecting patients with leading specialists and hospitals. Their vision was a secure, multilingual, HIPAA-compliant platform offering virtual consultations, digital health records, and real-time communication between patients and doctors. They wanted a patient-first design with features like bookmarking favorite doctors, personalized care, and easy digital payments. Facing challenges such as ensuring 24/7 doctor availability, home health check-ups, and compliance with HL7 & HIPAA, they needed a partner with strong healthcare IT expertise. Process We Followed
After lining up salient details related to the project, our team outlined a course of action that would be followed to develop a comprehensive solution. Being caught up with a busy life, people, however, neglect the necessity of routine health checkups which lead to serious problems in the long run.
