The Online Teaching Platform with Whiteboard is a responsive e-learning marketplace designed to connect teachers and students across all age groups. It enables seamless live tutoring sessions with real-time interaction through an advanced digital whiteboard. Process We Followed
After lining up salient details related to the project, our team outlined a course of action that would be followed to develop a comprehensive solution. The process comprised of identification of problems, considering the relevant factors of the solution, taking note of common challenges faced, technology stack to be used and coming up with the outcome in the end.
1. Problem Identification
To address the growing need for virtual classrooms, we built an e-learning platform with an interactive whiteboard, lesson recording, and a robust Drupal-powered admin panel, enabling real-time tutoring and efficient online coaching.

Through user research, product discovery workshops, and competitive analysis, we aligned client goals with user needs, defining features for teachers, students, and admins to build a collaborative, innovative, and market-ready e-learning platform.
2. Feasibility Study
We designed an automated e-learning platform for students, tutors, and institutes with custom learning options, course sharing, chat support, dashboards, and activity tracking to simplify access, interaction, and training management.
4. Challenges Faced by QSS
Building a secure, scalable e-learning app with whiteboard integration posed challenges like ensuring AES-256 encryption, social logins, 360° teaching support, and data integrity, while delivering a high-performing, flexible platform.
5. Final Outcome Achieved
We delivered a dynamic e-learning platform with a user-friendly interface, progress tracking, real-time test results, student self-service, Drupal LMS management, and video streaming—ensuring an engaging and efficient learning experience.
Problem Identification
Due to the rising demand for virtual classroom learning, online e-education platforms are being favoured by most of the business. However, many of these platforms lack to provide coaching and real-time tutoring for the majority of courses. When the client approached us with the idea of an online e-learning platform that would have whiteboard unification, they were determined to make it a powerful visual platform that works in favour of students and prove to be the most beneficial for them.

Feasibility Study
In discussion with the client, we got familiar with their business requirement and realised what they are deliberately expecting with this solution. The client had an inclination for a system where coaching institutes can share their course curriculum with complete info regarding fee structure; duration etc.

We surveyed some students and teachers where we asked questions to them about a new online learning platform with a whiteboard innovation. After garnering their viewpoints about such an idea, we were clear on what integrations would be implemented in order to make the app successful among the target group.
