It is a solution that tracks the user’s physical activity and helps them stay fit and healthy. Apart from that, the application also allows monitoring of the food habits, calories taken or burned and so forth.


The application supports synchronization with different fitness devices and comes with advanced tracking features such as sleep tracker, step counter, etc.

In this fast-paced world, keeping an eye on health-related vitals on daily routine can sometimes be difficult to manage, mainly for patients. Hence, nothing could be better than fitness wearables that keeps track of physical activity and sends reminders of wellness. Keeping this in mind, we aim at developing a native hybrid web responsive application.

After considering problems, a feature-rich health application, that tracks users/ patients’ workout and nutrition plans, was needed to put into action. We intended to develop a fitness monitoring solution that works wonders for patients by notifying them about the medicine and water intake, tracking nutrition habits and other daily activities.

Product Discovery Workshop plays a vital role in making mobile app development a successful venture. We say so because the recently organized workshop about the health fitness app, helped us fulfill the project requirement at ease and in every respect. We led the session well with the client and mutually devised strategies to achieve success metrics.

We then discussed the app design prioritizing the product concept, wireframes and keeping the target audience in mind. In a nutshell, we outlined all the core elements of a to-be-launched health and fitness app. The workshop helped us know exactly what product the client wants to build, what market it is for and how it will help users in different aspects.

Our focus was on capturing the business processes in the web user interface and developing an application with similar functionalities for mobile platforms. To make the mobile application seamlessly integrate and work in sync with the web UI, it was surmised that the best approach was to build a hybrid application that would be compatible with both iOS & Android phones

The hybrid application would ensure ease of Integration by leveraging the device’s internal programming system through an overlay which helps to enable seamless synchronization with other compatible apps. In turn, the hybrid apps work well with the device’s native applications such as email, calling, etc. to ensure a smooth user experience thereby reducing any integration issues for developers.

Needless to mention, hybrid apps reduce the development efforts to a good extent, eventually, reducing the cost.
