With that said, the client approached us with the idea of making an app that allows users to enjoy the host of benefits against electricity bill payment.
While indulging in conversation with the client, we realized the importance of their business requirements. The client was more focused on enhancing customer loyalty that tracks their bill electricity bill payment and rewards them accordingly. It was required to implement a web-based app which should have an elegant UI.
To gather user insight and understand the market for our app, we carried out user research among a group of people which helped us in understanding the potential of the application and how we can keep it user-oriented.
The primary objective of an application is to meet the client’s expectations and serve the purpose in the marketplace for what it is actually built for. In order to understand the premise of the solution and every requirement of the project, we held a session of product discovery workshop for the client as well as the members who were involved in the project development. The goal of this workshop was to provide thorough information about the project to the development team.
